Recreational Vehicle Park

Daily, weekly, and month-to-month RV camping is available. Space is subject to an approved application, background check, and interview.

RV Lots

We have three RV lots:

  • A Lot: Accommodates RVs up to 34 feet long.
  • B Lot: Accommodates RVs 35 feet long or longer.
  • C Lot: Accommodates RVs of any size.

All RVs must be model year 2000 or newer and approved by a Lone Wolf Colony caretaker.

Pet Policy

Lone Wolf Colony is a pet-friendly facility. A maximum of two pets is permitted per RV.

Aggressive dogs are not permitted. Dogs must be registered with the Town of Apple Valley and listed on the RV insurance policy. Proof of registration and insurance must be provided before the stay begins.

Schedule of Fees and Information

RV Requirements

  • RVs must be model year 2000 or newer unless otherwise approved by a Lone Wolf Colony caretaker.
  • All RVs require caretaker approval.
  • Space is subject to availability, an approved application, a background check, and an interview.

RV Lot Information

  • A Lot: RVs 34 feet long or smaller
  • Spaces AA–AG: RVs 35 feet long or larger
  • B Lot: RVs 35 feet long or larger
  • C Lot: RVs of any size

A waiting list may apply when spaces are unavailable.

Storage Rates

Monthly storage: $100 per month, per space

Storage is available for RVs, boats, and vehicles, subject to availability.

  • Locked gates
  • Video surveillance
  • Security lighting
  • Access hours: 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
  • Visitors must sign in at the front office before entering the storage area.

Side Storage

Side storage is available to tenants only and is subject to availability.

  • Standard spaces: $20 per month, per space
  • Large trailers: $85 per month, per space

Side storage may be used for extra vehicles and covered utility trailers. RVs are not permitted in side storage.

All stored vehicles and trailers must be in working condition and may not have flat tires.

Daily and Weekly RV Rates

D Lot: Electric and water hookups only

  • Daily rate: $75 per day, including use of the dump station
  • Discounted daily rate: $70 per day with an eligible AAA, Good Sam, Escapees, or similar discount
  • Weekly rate: $400 per week, including use of the dump station

Month-to-Month RV Rates

  • Standard monthly spaces: $775 to $850 per month, depending on lot and space size
  • Oversized spaces: $850 to $900 per month
  • Application and background-check fee: $50, nonrefundable

Monthly rates include water, trash service, and sewer service.

Tenants are responsible for electricity charges based on their kilowatt-hour usage.

An application, interview, and approved background check are required before moving in.

  • Maximum of four people per RV
  • Maximum of two pets per RV
  • Aggressive breeds are not permitted.
  • Current licensing and vaccination records must be provided for each pet.
  • Proof of liability insurance covering each pet is required.
  • Pet registration and insurance documents must be kept current and provided to the office when renewed.

Other Services

  • Dump station: $25 per use, available from 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
  • Propane: $3.90 per gallon, plus tax, available from 7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Potable water: $15 per 50 gallons, with a maximum of 100 gallons

Lone Wolf Colony reserves the right to refuse service.
